  • 1 immersion blender or regular blender
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 glass jar


  • 1 cup Thai chili, (stems removed)
  • 1 cup Huy Fong Sambal Oelek
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup McCormick paprika
  • 1/2 cup juice from sliced lime
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic fresh
  • 1 cup Italian extra virgin olive oil


  1. Gather the chili, sambal, parsley, cilantro, paprika, lime juice, salt, and minced garlic in a tall container. Leave out the olive oil first.
  2. Using an immersion blender or regular blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the olive oil while blending.
  4. Ensure the mixture is thick after four minutes of blending.
  5. Store sauce in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
