  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 15 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 12 oz crawfish tail meat
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 package of linguine pasta
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the linguine pasta according to the instructions on the package.

2. Season the shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning after peeling and deveining them.

3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked, then set them aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and add the sliced smoked sausage. Cook for about two minutes on each side until the sausage browns, then set it aside.

5. Add chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft then pour in the lemon juice.

6. Add the crushed tomatoes and heavy whipping cream to the skillet and mix thoroughly. Season with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Ensure the seasoning suits your preference. Incorporate the crawfish tails and stir well. Let it cook on low heat for about 12 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

7. After the sauce thickens, add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and mix it in.

8. Arrange the cooked shrimp and sausage on top of the pasta. Optionally, sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the dish.
