Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce (Patis)
  • 1 medium Chinese squash (Togan), chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 small piece of ginger, minced
  • 2 cans of chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
