  • Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 cups of half-and-half
  • St. Albray cheese
  • All-purpose spice blend
  • Butter

Instructions:

Salmon:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned salmon.

6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. After baking, switch on the broiler and broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes to develop a crispy crust on top.

8. Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and squeeze freshly grilled lemon juice over the top for a burst of flavor.

Cheesy grits:

1. In a saucepan, combine half & half and chicken stock over medium-high heat.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Whisk in the grits, then reduce the heat to low and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Season the cheesy grits with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the cheesy grits alongside the salmon, garnished with hot sauce, microgreens for freshness, and a glass of Josh Cellars Prosecco Rosé for a delightful pairing.
