Salmon and Grits Recipe: Elevate Your Brunch Game with This Delicious Combo



  • salmon
  • seafood spice blend
  • cajun seasoning
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheesy grits:

  • 1 cup of stone-ground grits
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 cups of half-and-half
  • St. Albray cheese
  • All-purpose spice blend
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper



1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillet skin side down on it.

3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and seafood spice blend over the salmon, ensuring even coverage.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned salmon.

6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. Season the cheesy grits with salt and pepper to taste.
