Easy Salmon Stew Recipe to Prepare at Home

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets
  • tomatoes
  • red bell pepper
  • onion
  • habanero pepper
  • curry powder
  • black pepper
  • thyme
  • bouillon powder
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • chicken or beef broth

Instructions:

1. Wash and pat dry the salmon, then sprinkle with salt and rub all over.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

3. Fry the salmon in the oil for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway.

3. Remove the salmon and set aside.

4. Blend tomatoes, pepper, and half of the onion; chop the remaining half.

5. Add the chopped onion inside the skillet and sauté until translucent.

7. Pour in the broth and salmon and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
