  • 1 10.5 oz can Campbell's Beef Consommé
  • 1 10.5 oz can Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced or diced
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter, cut into slices

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Add the Campbell's Beef Consommé and French Onion Soup in a 9×9 inch baking dish. Add onions, garlic powder, thyme, and white rice.
  3. Mix well to ensure the even distribution of rice.
