Trader Joe’s is a well-known grocery chain that sells many of its products under its own brand, and not too long ago, the company churned out another one: Trader Joe’s Squiggly Knife Cut Style Noodles.

They come in a four-pack, with each portion accompanied by a soy and sesame sauce packet. To cook, you boil them for about four minutes, then drain, and toss in the sauce; however, you don’t have to stop there.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of Trader Joe’s Squiggly Knife Cut Style Noodles

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 finely minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Sichuan Chili Crisp or any other chili oil
  • ¼ cup finely diced scallions
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 squirt sriracha
  • ½ lime

Instructions:

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add your Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles. Cook for four minutes.
  2. While the noodles cook, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Sichuan chili crisp, scallions, brown sugar, and garlic cloves in a bowl, and whisk.
  3. Once the noodles are done, transfer them from the pot into your whisked sauce.
  4. Toss the noodles in the sauce, then top with sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime, and a squirt of sriracha.

Ingredients:

  • Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook one packet of Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles according to package directions, then set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, sautée your minced garlic until fragrant (but not brown).
  3. Add and toss your cooked squiggly noodles in the garlic-infused oil. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and continue tossing until it melts.
  4. Season the noodles with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Dish up and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles
  • 1 Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles sauce packet
  • ½ lime
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • cayenne pepper
  • peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Trader Joe's Squiggly Noodles sauce packet, a squeeze of half a lime, peanut butter, and cayenne pepper, and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
