Chicken Wing Boil Bag Recipe Perfect for Your Guests


  • 4 pounds of chicken wings
  • ½ cup crab/seafood boil seasoning
  • 1pound sausage
  • ⅓ cup lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • ½ cup corn starch
  • 6 corns on the cob
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1pound red potatoes
  • ½ stick of butter

Butter Sauce:

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp crab/seafood boil seasoning
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 5-6 dashes of hot sauce


1. Fill a pot halfway with water (8 or 12 quarts).

2. Once the water reaches a boil, incorporate ½ cup of crab or seafood boil seasoning, ½ stick of butter, and ⅓ cup of lemon pepper seasoning.

3. Slice the sausage into small pieces, and introduce them along with the corn and potatoes into the boiling water. Allow them to cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes achieve tenderness.

4. Segment the whole chicken wings into flats and drumsticks.

5. Season the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning, ensuring each wing is coated.

6. Coat the wings with cornstarch.

7. Fry the wings (7-8 at a time) in hot oil at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Repeat until all wings are cooked.

8. Drain excess oil from the wings on a baking rack.

9. Once the corn, sausage, and potatoes are cooked, remove them from the water and place them on a sheet pan together with the cooked chicken wings.
