Alfredo MontAmore Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded MontAmore cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • a pack of spaghetti
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g spinach

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to around 375°F to 400°F.

2. Combine garlic powder with both types of bread crumbs, flour, grated parmesan cheese, and the beaten eggs in a bowl.

3. Dredge the chicken breasts in the mixture you made in step 2, ensuring the meat is evenly coated.

4. In a skillet and over medium heat, fry the chicken in butter for a few minutes on each side.

5. Place the fried chicken in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-22 minutes.

6. While the chicken bakes, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a skillet, sautée garlic in melted butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, and as it begins to simmer, add the MontAmore cheese and stir until melted.
